Here are some of the emails that we received from clients in 2011.  They were very happy with our photo retouching and repair of damaged old photographs, and you will be too!

DISCLAIMER: These testimonials are generally representative of what our clients write, although many or most clients don’t comment either positively or negatively. Just a handful of clients have sent complaints. We did not provide any discounts, freebies or other incentives to the people who sent the praise shown below, and we do not request testimonials from our clients…but we are happy to receive them!

  • From a client who sent a faded color photograph of a 1970s automobile: The photo looks amazing! I can’t believe how great it looks. Send me the invoice and I will pay it today. Thanks. My husband will love it…This is car from teen years and he is doing a frame off restore of one to match.
  • From a client who originally decided to have another company restore a damaged graduation photo: As it turned out the final product that I received back from the company was of very poor quality. If I were to go ahead and have you restore would it be possible to preview your finish product prior to payment to insure quality?   • The same client then emailed the restored photo to some interested family genealogists (cc to us) with this review: “Many thanks to [name] for finding this photo at her parents’ home. It is awesome. She was kind enough to scan the original into four separate files (the photo is 7.5 inches by 36 inches, which is too large to fit on a flatbed scanner) and email them to me. I had an online photo restoration company (399retouch) put the pieces back together and retouch it. I think they did an awesome job. The original was rolled-up, with creases and signs of wear.”
